Our journey began in 2016 with the launch of our first property in Madipakkam, which quickly gained a strong reputation for its quality rooms, warm hospitality, and exceptional guest experience.

Building on the success of our first location, we expanded to Kovilambakkam in 2019, extending the same commitment to comfort, service excellence, and affordability to a wider range of guests. Continuing our growth journey, 2025 marked another significant milestone with the opening of our Keelkattalai property.

Today, Perfect Stay proudly operates three locations — Madipakkam, Kovilambakkam, and Keelkattalai. Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out available upon request. Our caretaker will greet you and assist with check-in — self check-in via smart door is not available.

We welcome family guests and corporate guests. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age. Unmarried couples and groups with only male guests are not permitted at any of our branches. Entry and exit timings have restrictions — please check with us before booking. Outside visitors are not allowed inside rooms during your stay.

Passport, Aadhaar Card and Driving License are accepted as valid government-issued ID proofs. Local IDs are not accepted at any of our branches. Please ensure you carry an original government-issued photo ID.

There are no restrictions on alcohol consumption within your room. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas such as balconies, lawns, or smoking zones. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. Violation may result in additional charges.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a one-night charge. No-shows are charged the full amount.

Pets are not allowed at any of our properties. There are no pets living on the premises. This policy ensures a clean and comfortable stay for all guests.

Private parties or events inside rooms are not permitted. However, our Kovilambakkam branch has a dedicated event hall for celebrations and corporate events. Contact us for availability and bookings.

Our properties currently have limited accessibility for guests who use a wheelchair. Please contact us in advance so we can make suitable arrangements for your comfort and convenience.
